Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for printer maintenance, installation, and relocation; microcomputer support; and on-site customer service, ensuring SLA compliance. On-site customer service, including travel for in-person service at the client’s site. Ideal Qualifications: Technical course in IT/Computer Science with knowledge of maintenance.
