Job Summary: This Mason executes and guides general civil construction activities, supports the site supervisor, plans activities, and ensures compliance with project specifications for substations and transmission lines. Performance of specialized civil engineering services **Position: Mason** **Type:** Permanent **Locations:** Construction sites across the state of São Paulo (SP) Construction site locations, including cities such as Jaú, Barra Bonita, Igaraçu do Tietê, Santa Bárbara, Gália, Garça, and others (all within the state of São Paulo). Willingness to travel and stay on-site when required is mandatory. **Work Schedule:** * Working hours and days: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * 21-day-on/2-day-off schedule for individuals residing in cities distant from the construction site but still within the state of São Paulo. **Desired Profile:** Completed elementary education; Willingness to travel and stay on-site when required; Proven experience as a Mason; **Job Responsibilities:** Execute and guide the team on general civil construction activities; support the site supervisor in their duties; cover for the site supervisor during vacations when necessary; assist in activity planning together with the site supervisor and project supervisor for substations and transmission lines. Perform general civil construction tasks, including foundations, block laying, scratch coat, plastering, cladding, demolition, and other related works. Carry out hydraulic installation work (water and sewage). Read engineering drawings and sketches to ensure all work is performed strictly according to project specifications defined by the Engineering Department and the site responsible person. Perform work at height using ladders, scaffolding, or hydraulic equipment. Assist surveyors in base layout activities. Support field data collection to assist the engineering team in developing civil projects. Assist in planning activities jointly with the site supervisor. Construct formwork and perform squaring for civil construction works at substations. Guide and supervise civil construction-related activities performed by the team. Perform work inside galleries (confined spaces), in accordance with provided training. Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE), as well as individual and collective tools, ensuring equipment integrity and the safety of the employee and team. Perform all tasks in accordance with the Task Manual (GED); when performing non-standard tasks, conduct a complete Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA).
