If you have experience in transportation, inventory management, and data analysis, apply now and join our team! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Analyze and interpret operational data to optimize logistics processes; * Develop metrics and implement improvement strategies across the supply chain; * Manage transportation and delivery schedules to ensure efficiency; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational enhancement; * Collaborate with various departments to optimize logistics processes; * Monitor logistics route data and support freight pricing; * Prepare BIDs, RFQs, and RFIs for freight services; * Resolve in-transit cargo incidents, liaise with carriers, and verify freight charges; * Propose and implement continuous improvements to logistics processes; * Prepare managerial reports and present insights to leadership; * Track product shipments and plan road transport operations, including vehicle routing for collection/delivery; **EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS** * Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; * Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance requirements; * Experience in road freight quotation—Fertilizers (Inbound and Outbound); * Hands-on experience in logistics operations; * Knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement principles; * Experience analyzing and auditing KPIs and SLAs with suppliers and service providers; * Analytical and collaborative mindset. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; * Experience in data analysis and modeling tools; * Prior experience in transportation, warehousing, or inventory management; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Employment type: CLT + Profit Sharing (PLR) + Meal/Voucher Allowance (VA/VR) + Private Pension Plan + Medical Insurance + Dental Insurance + Wellhub (Pharmacy Allowance + Well-being Program (Pluxee Cuida)) **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Araraquara, SP, BR CLT (Permanent) On-site
