We make things happen—with courage, boldness, and enthusiasm to exceed results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and coordinate freight transportation operations, including route definition and road transport * Monitor and optimize transportation performance, continuously seeking cost reduction and improved efficiency * Negotiate with carriers, logistics service providers, and suppliers to secure optimal cost and service conditions * Manage the delivery process, monitoring deadlines, costs, and service quality to ensure achievement of established targets * Prepare and analyze transportation performance reports, tracking key indicators such as cost per kilometer, delivery time, among others * Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes, focusing on optimizing transportation operations * Stay updated on regulations and standards related to freight transportation, including traffic legislation, safety requirements, and environmental compliance * Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and inventory teams to ensure transportation needs are met efficiently and without operational disruptions * Control the transportation budget, proposing cost-reduction initiatives and identifying more efficient alternatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * Knowledge of transportation legislation and road safety regulations * Experience in route planning and cost optimization * Intermediate Excel proficiency and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) * Experience: Proven experience in logistics operations * Systems knowledge: SAP, Lincros, WMS, and analytical tools (Power BI, Excel).
