This is your moment—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Analyze and prospect new suppliers; * Purchase materials and products through quotations, negotiating prices and delivery timelines; * Ensure procurement processes comply with established standards and criteria outlined in the organization’s procurement and inventory policy; * Organize purchase requests according to urgency and delivery deadlines, setting priorities; * Research the market for material and service suppliers, identifying optimal purchasing opportunities; * Analyze procurement reports and develop action plans to correct deviations; * Monitor and resolve quality-related issues concerning materials in collaboration with suppliers; * Reduce costs and expenses through efficient procurement management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields; Experience in procurement and/or supply chain; Knowledge of budgeting and costing processes; Ability to analyze Supply Chain performance indicators; Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** **Benefits that support you at every stage of life!** **At Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
