With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation sector and today have expanded our operations, creating diverse solutions across Brazil through the six companies comprising our Group—positioning us as one of the country’s top and largest logistics groups and a sector benchmark. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of social projects and programs; * Conduct social needs assessments and diagnostics in the company’s operational locations; * Support relationship management with partner institutions and monitor counterpart obligations; * Participate in organizing and implementing the corporate volunteer program; * Support consolidation of departmental indicators and results for internal reporting; * Deliver training sessions and discussion circles on diversity, equity, inclusion, and social responsibility at branch offices; * Perform preliminary analysis of institutional support requests and forward them for approval; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and human rights and inclusion guidelines; * Support organization of institutional events and social initiatives; * Carry out other duties related to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Communications, or related fields. * Familiarity with **Corporate Social Responsibility** and the **ESG** concept (with focus on the Social pillar). * Strong writing skills and ease speaking in public; * Experience using Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Gympass; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance.
