Job Summary: Heavy equipment operator for electrical infrastructure, performing excavations, load lifting, cable laying, and waste handling, as well as supporting field teams. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of various heavy equipment Position: Heavy equipment operation \- Backhoe or Crane Truck No need to have experience in both; experience in either one is sufficient. PREREQUISITES: * Completion of elementary education; * Willingness to travel and stay accommodated; * Residence in Campinas, Araraquara, São José do Rio Pardo, Igaraçu do Tietê, Gália, Garça, Santa Bárbara D'Oeste, Gália, Garça, Pederneiras, Marília, Altinópolis, or surrounding areas. * Proficiency in operating wheel or track-type tractors and related machinery and equipment; * Dexterity and precision in movements during machine and equipment operation; * Experience with backhoes or crane trucks. Work Schedule: Availability for rotating shifts: \- 5x2 (Monday to Friday) \- For candidates residing in the city where the project is located or in adjacent cities; \- 21x2 \- For candidates residing far from the project site, requiring 21-day accommodation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, wheel loaders, compactors, cranes, crawler tractors, and rock drills, following standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient execution of electrical infrastructure activities. Perform minor excavations for installation of channels and precast materials using smaller equipment such as mini-backhoes or skid-steer loaders, in accordance with technical specifications of the project. Lift loads using tractors equipped with winches, observing operational limits and safety regulations to properly position materials and components. Lay cables via tractor-drag method, per project planning, to ensure correct installation of transmission networks. Handle waste within the project site perimeter using appropriate equipment to maintain site organization and cleanliness per environmental regulations. Assist in preparing foundations, platforms, access roads, and bases for poles, towers, and structures, following technical instructions to ensure stability and compliance of installations up to 500 kV. Clear right-of-way and open access roads using tractors and specific attachments, per work plan, to enable safe traffic of vehicles and equipment. Move loads using hydraulic equipment such as crane trucks and cranes, adhering to operational procedures to meet the project’s logistical requirements. Operate rock drilling equipment (Rock Drill), per technical instructions, to facilitate excavation in high-resistance terrain. Support field teams in activities requiring excavation or heavy handling, especially in hard-to-reach terrain, to ensure progress of work fronts. And other duties.
