Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing installation and maintenance services for vehicle trackers, managing inventory and tools, and ensuring the quality of technical procedures. Monitoring of performance indicators and compliance with standards **Responsibilities:** \- Follow service schedule as per SIGhRA App \- Use SIGhRA OS App for: Parts replacement, Configuration submission, Self-test, Firmware update, Installation checklists, Photographic documentation. \- Manage and maintain organized inventory and tooling. \- Return and request materials via the App. \- Submit macro when using company vehicle. \- Verify and ensure proper operation of vehicle tracker. \- Accurately record working hours, respecting lunch break timing. \- Monitor performance indicators and service completion rates. \- Conduct inventory and tool control by the 2nd business day of each month. \- Perform services in accordance with manuals, procedures, and best practices. \- Safeguard client property during installation/maintenance. \- Use PPE, uniform, and tools in compliance with internal standards. \- Perform vehicle checklist and maintain work vehicle in appropriate condition. \- Validate installed sensors and actuators. \- Contact scheduling or support for issues occurring outside regular business hours. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Automotive electrical training preferred Experience in vehicle tracker installation desirable 5x2 work schedule (standard business hours; flexibility to accommodate service appointments) Availability for travel and valid Brazilian driver’s license category B required.
