Continuous improvement and organization of the finance department We seek a **Financial Analyst** to organize, structure, and control the company’s financial routines, ensuring information reliability, deadline adherence, and compliance with internal processes. The position will directly handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management support. **Key Responsibilities:** **Accounts Payable** * Verify, record, and monitor invoices, contracts, and financial instruments; * Ensure proper allocation of expenses to purchase orders, contracts, and cost centers; * Schedule payments according to the company’s financial policy; * Monitor deadlines, due dates, and internal approval workflows. **Accounts Receivable** * Monitor collections and track delinquency; * Perform write-offs and reconciliations of receivables; * Support cash inflow forecasting and management. **Treasury and Financial Control** * Perform bank reconciliations; * Support preparation and monitoring of cash flow statements; * Prepare managerial financial reports; * Liaise with financial institutions and support banking operations. **Governance and Processes** * Ensure compliance with financial processes and internal controls; * Support continuous improvement and organizational development within the department; * Collaborate with accounting, procurement, and other company departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience in finance; * Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (preferred).
