




Job Summary: A professional responsible for technical audits, project monitoring, site inspections at construction sites and stores, documentation control, and building quality management for a shopping center. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for technical audits and operational monitoring 2. Management of building quality and non-conformance control 3. Inspections of store safety, maintenance, and operation Conduct monthly technical audits with the technical supervisors from the operations department, in accordance with the items and procedures specified in the checklist, and submit the audit report monthly to the Operations Coordinator or designated superior (shopping center architecture); Perform monitoring, verification, organization, and control via spreadsheets and filing of printed and digital technical documentation (e.g., agreements, insurance policies, RTs, ARTs, projects, reports, analyses, etc.); Visit store construction sites; Issue weekly project/store status reports to DAP; Issue monthly reports; Maintain contact with technical supervisors, designers, and store tenants; Perform daily inspection routines throughout the facility to assess the operation, integrity, and compliance of furniture and décor, equipment, technical areas, and other assets/materials and facilities essential to the shopping center’s operation (e.g., glass, mirrors, restrooms, stairs, etc.), in accordance with requirements; Be accountable for building-related items concerning shopping center quality control (e.g., furniture, upholstery, visual communication, glazing, stonework, etc.), request procurement of materials/services required for compliance, and manage the entry/exit of new assets or those sent for repair/maintenance; Inspect and monitor store safety and visual merchandising procedures, such as inventory and installation inspections, store operation inspections (lighting, cleanliness, stocking, etc.), and provide necessary support for obtaining operating permits (alvarás) and AVCB inspections; Prepare and monitor internal quality control reports, accompanied by relevant photographs, and forward non-conforming items to technical supervisors for appropriate corrective actions; Identify and propose potential improvements to the facility; Perform administrative-operational duties related to pest control services at the facility (e.g., receiving pest-related service requests and forwarding them to the third-party pest control company, tracking request status and tenant satisfaction, evaluating compliance and non-compliance of pest control services performed by the third-party company, and reporting all related situations to the shopping center architect (designated superior) and Operations Coordinator); Review bi-monthly food hygiene consultancy reports conducted by a third-party company at food service stores, summarize findings for the Operations Coordinator and highlight critical cases, then forward full reports to store tenants; Assist the Operations Coordinator, whenever requested, with official documents and other necessary administrative tasks; Support and collaborate with the operations team in fulfilling all functional requirements. Prepare AutoCAD floor plans as needed.
