Main responsibilities of a busboy: * **Prepare the dining room** before service (set tables, arrange cutlery, glasses, and napkins). * **Assist waiters** during service by delivering dishes, beverages, and utensils to tables. * **Clear used tableware and cutlery**, maintaining a clean and organized environment. * **Restock items** such as water, bread, napkins, and condiments. * **Support guest reception**, when necessary. * **Maintain hygiene** in customer service and back-of-house areas. * **Transport orders** from the kitchen or bar to the assigned waiter.
