Excellent organizational and planning skills Main Responsibilities: Management and organization of the executive board's agenda; control and organization of information and documents; written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders; comprehensive support for meetings and events, from planning through execution (including room reservations, material preparation, invitation distribution, attendance confirmations, and on-site event support); other related administrative tasks, such as ensuring proper functioning of common areas and anticipating executives' routine needs. Required Qualifications and Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools; discretion, professional demeanor, and workplace ethics; proactivity and ability to handle unforeseen situations and propose solutions; ability to work effectively under pressure and meet defined deadlines.
