We operate as an **authorized distributor of the most respected brands in the industry**, guaranteeing high-performance and reliable products. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the entire e\-commerce logistics operation for PPEs, ensuring agility, accuracy, and a high level of service; * Supervise inventory control, ensuring accurate stocktaking, loss reduction, and product availability on the website; * Develop picking, packing, and shipping strategies to meet challenging deadlines and high-volume demands; * Monitor logistics KPIs (On-Time In-Full, order picking time, shipping time, cost per order, damage rate, and inventory accuracy); * Collaborate closely with Commercial and Marketplace teams to rapidly resolve incidents and improve customer experience; * Lead and develop the inventory team, fostering a performance-oriented culture and continuous improvement; * Seek technological solutions (WMS, ERP, marketplace integrations, logistics automation) to achieve scalability and efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in e\-commerce logistics; * Hands-on experience in inventory management; * Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and marketplace platforms; * Experience managing operational KPIs and targets; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. **Additional Information** Meal allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Preventive medicine SESC partnership Breakfast at the office Life insurance Birthday day off University discounts Financial incentive for education Maternity/Paternity kit ### **Join Us!** We are a young, dynamic company with a clear mission: to deliver quality protection to those who make things happen.
