Perform inspections, manual and telemetry-based data collection, meter verification, document delivery to customers, and completion of irregularity reports. Responsibilities and Duties * Perform water meter readings and deliver bills; * Identify situations contributing to consumption deviations; * Provide clarifications and guidance to customers; * Collect information regarding meter reading routes; * Deliver bills and notices to customers; * Identify leaks and irregularities; * Complete irregularity reports; * Verify water meter serial numbers; * Perform manual or telemetry-based readings; * Conduct field surveys to gather information; * Perform inspections; * Maintain uniforms, equipment, and materials.
