We are seeking a **Field Technical Development Assistant** to join the **EAB team** in **Araraquara/SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Produce healthy sugarcane seedlings by eliminating pests and diseases; * Set up various experiments on varieties, fertilization, and soil correction; * Perform thermal treatment, planting of seedlings, and irrigation; * Collect samples of sugarcane, soil, fertilizers, and soil amendments; * Conduct assessments of borers’ infestation levels; * Apply ripening agents and carry out other tasks as required and per managerial guidance. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Primary education; * Experience in agriculture—considered a plus; * Residence in Araraquara/SP, Américo Brasiliense/SP, or Gavião Peixoto/SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
