We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** * Assist the installation team in digitizing Service Orders and archiving digitized documents on the network. * Create, approve, schedule, print, and finalize Service Orders. * Create and finalize Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Service Orders for the customer base. * Customer phone support. Schedule visits for preventive and corrective maintenance, various maintenance activities, and leak-tightness testing. * Create CRM budget requests, develop commercial proposals, and manage collections for unfulfilled service cutoffs. Organize files and perform other duties relevant to the area. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education * Age between 18 and 22 years **Additional Information:** * Compensation composed of base salary (R$ 1.069,50) + 30% hazard pay = Total R$ 1.390,35; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:15 PM * Fully on-site. ### **Employment Type:** Apprenticeship ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Critical Thinking, Communication, Focus, Organization, Interpersonal Relationships ### **Benefits:** Life Insurance, Gas Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Cafeteria ### **Department:** Installation Engineering
