Solve problems and make strategic decisions for production Production Supervisor We are looking for a professional with solid experience in supervising production lines to assume the role of Production Supervisor in our company. This is an on-site position under a CLT employment contract. You will be responsible for leading and managing the production team, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of production processes. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and control production team activities, aligning goals, processes, and deadlines. * Supervise task execution by operators, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Monitor production performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions. * Lead and develop the team, promoting employee engagement and training. * Address production issues and make strategic decisions. * Prepare management reports and participate in follow-up meetings. Requirements: Requirements: * Proven experience supervising production lines with teams of 10 or more people. * Knowledge of rubber production and familiarity with quality management tools. * Technical or higher education degree in Production, Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Regulatory Norm NR\-01\. * Skills in planning, organization, logical reasoning, and teamwork. * Results-oriented profile, proactive, detail-oriented, and competent in people management. Benefits Benefits: * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. * Transportation allowance. * Attendance bonus of R$ 300.00\.
