Here, you will learn through hands-on experience, receive guidance from the team, and participate in projects that impact the daily lives of many people. * Support field installation of traffic signage panels * Assist in assembling products and metal structures * Assist in drilling holes for mounting * Assist in assembling posts, arms, and supports * Organize tools and work materials * Follow technical instructions and safety regulations * Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Availability for 100% on-site work * Willingness to learn and work in installation and assembly * Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team * Attention to safety and detail-oriented approach * Physical fitness for fieldwork and manual tasks **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as an installation or assembly helper/assistant * Familiarity with hand and power tools * Experience with metal structures or traffic signage panels * Practical and quick problem-solving ability Benefits We offer CLT employment with a salary of R$ 2.060,00 + 30% (R$ 2.678,00), transportation allowance with payroll deduction, and after 3 months, a profit-sharing bonus (PLR) of R$ 190.00 and a meal voucher of R$ 142.00.
