Job Summary: Professional responsible for adjusting and preparing digital files for printing, operating digital printers and plotters, and enforcing rigorous quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Adjustment and preparation of digital files for high-quality printing 2. Operation and maintenance of digital printers and plotters 3. Project management and quality control to ensure customer satisfaction Adjust digital files for printing, ensuring quality and color fidelity. Pre-press: Prepare files for printing, adjusting formats and resolutions. Review printed proofs and make necessary adjustments. Equipment Operation: Operate digital printers, performing required adjustments and calibrations. Perform basic machine maintenance, such as ink replacement and cleaning. Quality Control: Monitor print quality, verifying color accuracy and image sharpness. Correct potential flaws or defects in prints. Project Management: Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled. Plotter Operator Plotter Operation: Configure and operate cutting and printing plotters. Adjust machine settings according to different materials and project requirements. Material Preparation: Select and prepare appropriate materials for each project (vinyl, adhesives, banners, etc.). Perform precise cuts according to customer specifications. Maintenance and Cleaning: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on plotter machines. Regularly clean and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Make adjustments and corrections as needed. Production Management: Organize and prioritize production orders to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery. Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
