You will work at a structured company with defined processes and technical support, participating in project development from initial studies through to final detailing. It is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to learn hands-on, with mentorship and room to grow. * Study specifications, sketches, and technical standards to prepare and detail drawings. * Prepare, modify, and detail drawings, sketches, and material lists using CAD software. * Perform basic calculations when required. * Develop small-scale projects under the supervision of engineers or clients. * Consult technical files and catalogs to support projects. * Comply with technical standards, internal procedures, safety protocols, and PPE usage. * Organize the workplace and monitor deadlines, reporting to supervisors. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience or internship as a Draftsman, Designer, or similar role. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet. * Organization, self-management, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset. * Strong teamwork skills and effective communication. * Willingness to work 100% on-site. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial or engineering environments. * Familiarity with technical standards applicable to projects. * Experience handling Bills of Materials (BOM) and drawing revision control.
