***PRODUCTION ASSISTANT***: ***WORK SCHEDULE*** ***6-DAY WORKWEEK WITH 1 DAY OFF \- FROM 7:30 AM TO 3:50 PM (WITH A 1-HOUR BREAK)*** We are seeking a production assistant for our gelateria. We are looking for a committed, organized, proactive professional who is willing to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on the quality of the products we offer. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation and production of gelatos; * Perform sorting, weighing, and organizing of ingredients and materials used in production; * Support storage and preservation processes for products; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of equipment and utensils, following food handling good practices; * Assist in inventory control and organization of raw materials; * Support the production team with general departmental tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Commitment, responsibility, and organizational skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Agility and attention to detail; * Prior experience in food production, kitchen operations, confectionery, bakery, ice cream shops, or related fields is desirable. **We offer:** * Competitive compensation aligned with the role; * Transportation allowance, meal voucher, life insurance, dental plan, and telemedicine medical plan with no co-payment.
