Position: Continuing Education Nurse – Hospital Hygiene We are seeking a Nursing professional to train and develop cleaning teams within a hospital. We are looking for someone communicative, empathetic, and possessing strong active listening skills, capable of providing guidance with humanity and respect. Responsibilities: * Conduct training sessions and refresher courses; * Monitor daily routines and guide the team; * Promote best practices, safety, and standardization; * Support the integration of new employees. Requirements: * Degree in Nursing; * Strong communication skills and a humanized approach; * Ability to work under pressure; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences; * Charisma, empathy, and ease of dialogue. Preferred Qualification: * Experience leading teams. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Salary: To be discussed.
