Job Summary: Precision machining professional responsible for manufacturing and repairing small parts, ensuring quality control and machine maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control using precision instruments **Machinist** / **Mechanical Lathe Operator (Precision machining of small parts)** * **Reading and Interpretation:** Analyze mechanical technical drawings, sketches, or part samples to plan the sequence of operations. * **Setup:** Prepare, adjust, and operate conventional lathes, setting cutting parameters (speed, feed, and depth of cut). * **Tool Selection:** Select and sharpen (where applicable) appropriate cutting tools for each material (steel, aluminum, brass, polyacetal, acrylic) and type of machining. * **Machining (Manufacturing):** Fabricate, repair, or modify parts by performing turning, drilling, threading, and counterboring operations. * **Quality Control:** Inspect produced parts during and after processing using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with required tolerances. * **Basic Maintenance:** Perform daily preventive maintenance on machines (cleaning, lubrication, and workplace upkeep). * **Education:** Qualification course in Machining, Mechanical Lathe Operator, and Milling Machine Operator (SENAI). * **Technical Knowledge:** Manual technical drawing reading and development, equipment adjustment, and process improvement. * **Experience:** Proven experience operating mechanical lathes/milling machines. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Qualification course in machining, Milling Machine Operator (SENAI). * Proactivity / Organization **Employment Type: CLT** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:18 PM (1:30 lunch break).** **Send CV: contatos@bonther.com.br** Salary: R$3.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you understand all job requirements?
