We are looking for someone energetic, organized, and eager to grow in recruitment and selection. * Conduct resume screening and pre-interviews. * Perform active candidate prospecting across various channels. * Schedule interviews and manage interview calendars for hiring processes. * Support negotiations with clients and candidates. * Monitor the job pipeline and update status. * Administer pre-defined assessments to candidates. * Contribute ideas to improve the selection process. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience or exposure to recruitment, customer service, or related areas. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese. * Proficiency with technology (spreadsheets, online tools, recruitment systems). * Organizational skills to manage multiple job openings and deadlines. * Communicative, negotiation-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Availability for 100% in-person work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in HR consulting or executive search. * Experience with active candidate prospecting (LinkedIn, resume databases, etc.). * Demonstrated interest in a Talent Acquisition career. * Participation in recruitment & selection courses or training programs.
