Your Mission: Act as a Store Coordinator, leading partner shifts while always placing the customer first; resolve issues; lead operational and team activities; and create a pleasant and captivating environment for customers. Responsibilities: Ensure excellence in customer service; Cash register opening and closing; Receiving merchandise and properly storing products; Responsible for managing the store shift, including planning and executing the work schedule; Ensure quality, food safety, and cleanliness processes comply with current legislation; Support people development and performance management; Contribute to achieving business goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
