We seek a Production Assistant responsible for supporting supply operations and raw material control, performing production postings in the SAP system, monitoring the flow of materials and products on production lines, and ensuring the organization and accuracy of SAP warehouses. Apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** **What you will do here:** * Perform final product posting in SAP according to production orders (OPs); * Verify pending postings in the SAP/WMS integration and perform corrections; * Print labels and control dedicated production (e.g., export); * Ensure SAP outbound warehouses are organized and accurate; * Handle and post retained products and stalled pallets per shift; * Print and distribute the daily production schedule sent by PCP; * Flag retained products and pending items for the next shift; * Check, reissue, and deliver labels to line operators; * Supply production lines with packaging, raw materials, and inputs; * Collect and return excess or non-conforming materials; * Perform entries and controls in hourly tracking spreadsheets; * Support posting of export orders and rework orders; **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek in you:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in production areas; * Intermediate Excel knowledge (a plus); * Experience with SAP and/or WMS systems is desirable. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Meal Voucher Food Allowance; Health Insurance \- Unimed Dental Insurance \- Unimed Life Insurance Zenklub Pharmacy Benefit Profit Sharing (PLR) Private Pension Plan Employee discount on company products Access to SESI Club Wellhub Established in 1942, Santa Helena is Brazil’s largest peanut-based food manufacturer.
