We seek an intern to assist in defining action plans to implement preventive and control measures in the work environment, considering PPEs by job function, training, and safety work orders according to occupational risks, DDS \- Daily Safety Dialogue, LUP \- One-Point Lesson, employee onboarding, and scheduling of periodic medical examinations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are the challenges?** * Assist in daily workplace inspections, PPE usage, and employee behavior according to safety standards to eliminate unsafe conditions and behaviors, preventing accidents. * Assist in preparing safety work orders per NR 01; train employees and monitor implementation. * Manage PPE and uniform inventory, ensuring CA validity per M.T.E.; record distribution on individual PPE forms and obtain employee signatures, replacing PPEs as per predetermined timelines and/or replacement needs. * Assist in the election, installation, and inauguration of CIPA per NR 05; support commission management by attending meetings, preparing documents, and implementing defined improvement actions. * Collaborate with CIPA in organizing SIPAT, contributing content, contacting speakers, scheduling, and promoting the agenda to internal audiences; document the event. * Support investigation of near-misses and accidents to determine root causes, conduct analyses, and define corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * Schedule, monitor, and validate fire extinguisher and hydrant maintenance performed by service providers, ensuring immediate safe availability. * Organize internal schedules for technical inspections of factory pressure vessels, ensuring documentation and issuance of compliance reports; notify maintenance teams if repairs are required. * Assist in raising employee awareness regarding individual and collective safety measures in the workplace, as well as the importance of reporting any health conditions or medication use that may compromise job performance. * Participate in Gemba meetings to recommend corrective and preventive safety measures, avoiding impacts on results. * Support cases of health issues reported by employees that may pose occupational risks, adapting the workplace and informing HR. * Respect and comply with People Management Policies, Occupational Safety Standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Currently enrolled in the 1st semester of Technical Occupational Safety program **Computer Skills:** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency Basic knowledge of NRs \- Regulatory Standards **Additional Information** **What does Cory offer you:** * Internship Allowance * Gympass * On-site Restaurant * Monthly Cory Products Kit * Rest and Game Room * Life Insurance * Profit-Sharing Program * Parking * Transportation Voucher * Partnerships with Educational Institutions and Language Schools * Discount at our Factory Store * Christmas Kit * Development Programs * Social and Diversity Programs At Cory, we believe a diverse team fosters a more **inclusive, plural, and innovative** environment, enabling leadership in building a fairer and more equitable society.
