We are looking for a professional who ensures all procurement activities are conducted according to established procedures and yield the best possible outcomes—in terms of service delivery, technical suitability, and economic efficiency—for our internal customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct procurement engagements involving portfolios critical to the company, supported by analyses that facilitate shared decision-making. Plan procurement activities by assembling packages and strategies aimed at price negotiation and process optimization. Establish partnerships and develop commercial agreements aligned with the company’s planning and strategy. Understand the scope of procurement and, when necessary, involve the company’s technical departments for material approval or service validation. Visit construction sites to monitor active contracts, verifying whether projects and suppliers are progressing satisfactorily. Identify daily issues and mitigate them, optimizing processes. Collaborate with responsible departments (Legal and Technical) to draft contractual documents and technical specifications according to the company’s standardized procedures. Prepare competitive bidding matrices; Perform technical equalization for negotiations. Monitor performance indicators for all inputs under your responsibility. Conduct technical visits to suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s degree Experience in supply chain or engineering.
