This professional will be responsible for the quality department on site, aiming to contribute to the management of the quality management system: Main Responsibilities: * Participate in the internal quality committee, organizing meetings and identifying system improvements for group discussion; * Manage the internal audit program, communicating with relevant departments, following up with auditors to ensure adherence to the scheduled timeline; * Lead matters related to the critical review of the quality management system; * Conduct training sessions on the quality management system; * Control quality management system documents, reviewing change requests, submitting them for critical review and approval by responsible personnel, and updating documents to ensure only valid documents are used; * Monitor preventive and corrective action processes, registering necessary data for verification of defined actions, conducting follow-up with responsible personnel to support adherence to established deadlines; * Assume responsibility for product and service quality, performance of resources, and information generated by activities under their responsibility, striving for maximum reliability and customer satisfaction within quality and cost standards; * Stay updated on technological advancements in their field of expertise to enhance professional competence, share knowledge, propose equipment and process improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement. 2511270202401768753
