We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, ease in working within multidisciplinary teams, an owner’s mindset, and a results-oriented approach. **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek a professional experienced in coordinating residential construction projects, possessing advanced proficiency in reading technical drawings and comprehensive knowledge of construction execution—from foundation to finishing—as well as strong communication skills. * Train and develop construction teams, and jointly assess the effectiveness of such training with engineering technical teams. * Ensure construction execution complies with internal company procedures through periodic site visits and completion of technical reports. * Interpret technical drawings to guide construction teams. * Promote collaboration across all internal departments involved in relevant project phases, ensuring accuracy, identification of necessary adjustments, quality, and continuous process improvement. * Conduct periodic meetings with managers to align site visit schedules, provide general feedback to the team, identify training needs and other requirements—aiming at capacity building, development, and continuous improvement. * Participate in the strategic planning of the department by analyzing performance indicators, anticipating and mitigating process-related issues to correct them, rationalize costs, and ensure continuous improvement. * Safeguard company assets, confidentiality of information, project details, and strategic decisions—preventing risks of any nature and mitigating their effects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Civil Engineer with prior experience coordinating residential construction projects, aiming to work as a technical consultant; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Category B driver’s license are required. * Willingness to travel, as the role involves on-site technical consulting. **Additional Information** Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Participatory Health Plan **The moment to look toward the new—the new way of living, the new way of relating to one another, the new way of life.** We are not afraid to try, to take risks—and if we make mistakes, we do not let them shake us; instead, we use them as learning opportunities, shaping who we are today. **We are not limited to cement, glass, and steel!** We proudly accompany transformations in the lives of **our customers**, witnessing them achieve milestones, build families, realize dreams, and continually evolve!
