We make things happen—always with great courage, boldness, and enthusiasm to exceed results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Mission:** Ensure that the planning for developing new products and agronomic innovations in the insecticide segment is executed in alignment with defined strategies and our purpose of reimagining Brazilian agriculture, thereby contributing to portfolio differentiation and the company’s sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comply with all safety, environmental, quality, and product contamination prevention standards and procedures in performing duties, by adhering to related procedures * Contribute to discussions on new projects by proposing ideas and project concepts, and participate in internal committees * Ensure execution of the company’s strategic plan for Research and Development, aligned with departmental action directives and short-, medium-, and long-term objectives * Provide technical support to leadership in participating in internal committees, as well as in establishing and maintaining strategic alliances with third-party partner companies * Manage the Research and Development team, ensuring employees’ professional development in alignment with company strategies * Manage expenses and investment budgets within the Insecticide Research and Development area, ensuring efficient financial management aligned with the company’s strategic objectives * Guarantee execution of activities aligned by management to support the technical positioning of new and portfolio products, transferring information to leadership * Represent the company in relevant committees (FRAC; HRAC; IRAC; CropLife, among others) * Support alignment and exchange of information with departments involved in Research and Development projects * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, applicable regulations, policies, and legislation required to maintain and sustain CPD accreditation and BPL recognition by MAPA, INMETRO, Agricultural Defense agencies, and other regulatory bodies * Ensure necessary conditions (headcount, inputs, targets, deadlines, etc.) for conducting Research and Development studies, aiming to fulfill the company’s strategic plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy Engineering and Master’s degree in Plant Protection (mandatory) * Advanced technical knowledge (Plant Protection) * Advanced Statistics (critical analysis) * Advanced technical/scientific writing * Good Agricultural and Laboratory Practices (IN 36/42\) * Team Management Tools * Fluent English. **Additional Information** Your journey at Ourofino Agro starts now!
