We are looking for a Collections Coordinator to lead operations with a focus on performance, efficiency, and team development. This is a strategic role aimed at achieving business results, improving key metrics, and strengthening a high-performance culture—with close collaboration with leaders and frontline operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate collections operations (portfolios, strategies, and contact escalation frameworks); * Monitor and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs (productivity, recovery rate, quality, etc.); * Develop and support supervisors and team leaders, fostering continuous team growth; * Analyze performance data and propose strategic actions to improve outcomes; * Manage workplace climate, employee engagement, and operational discipline; * Interface with departments such as Planning, Quality, and HR; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. **Requirements:** * Prior experience coordinating collections operations (preferably in a call center environment); * Experience managing teams and high-volume performance metrics; * Strong analytical capability and strategic vision; * Proficiency in people development and conflict management; * Results-oriented profile with a sense of urgency and sound decision-making ability. **✨ Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with dialers and CRM tools; * Experience working in high-pressure, target-driven environments; * Knowledge of recovery strategies and portfolio segmentation.
