Developing strategies to increase traffic and conversion Yosen | Ribeirão Preto - SP | On-site Job Description Work on the company's digital operations, ensuring execution of e-commerce, performance, and CRM strategies, focusing on traffic growth, conversion, and customer relationship, while ensuring campaign efficiency, digital platform evolution, and continuous improvement of the shopping experience. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead digital strategy and operations (performance, e-commerce, and CRM). * Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.), monitoring KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, and conversion. * Support implementation and evolution of the e-commerce platform, collaborating with vendors and internal teams. * Manage the e-commerce site, including product assortment, categories, product pages, descriptions, banners, usability, and customer journey. * Design and implement CRM strategies, including relationship nurturing workflows, audience segmentation, and re-purchase initiatives. * Develop promotional campaigns and conversion actions (remarketing, boosting, and automations). * Collaborate with agencies and partners (performance, media, CRM, and technology), ensuring alignment and performance tracking. * Monitor digital performance metrics and prepare management reports with analysis and recommendations. * Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and average order value. * Propose improvements to customer experience and shopping journey. * Support management of the digital campaign calendar, product launches, and promotional activities. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing. * Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar). * Basic knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, or customer relationship strategies. * Familiarity with Google Analytics or other digital performance analytics tools. Desirable Requirements * Experience managing or curating e-commerce (products, categories, pages, and campaigns). * Experience collaborating with digital marketing agencies or vendors. * Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools. * Experience analyzing digital metrics and optimizing conversion.
