Patrol company premises and areas to prevent, control, and combat crimes and other irregularities; safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with internal regulations; receive and control the movement of people in both unrestricted and restricted access areas; inspect cargo and assets
Register with the risk management provider the locations of cargo transshipment points.
2 \- Send and monitor cargo trackers installed in vehicles.
3 \- Request escort services for company-owned and third-party carrier vehicles when necessary, as stipulated in the Insurance Management Procedure (CTR\-003\).
4 – Support the Transportation Department in issuing loading authorizations, per the Insurance Management Procedure (CTR\-003\).
5 \- Verify compliance with the use of safety equipment required by the cargo insurance policy, applicable to both company-owned and third-party vehicles.
6 \- Monitor Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems across facilities.
7 – Track cargo trackers during transfer and distribution processes.
8 \- Participate in task forces and special projects.
9 – Register, authorize, and block individuals in the access turnstile management system.
10 – Operate tracking systems for company-owned fleets and risk management providers.
11 – Inspect fleet alarm and tracking systems.
12 – Enter data into spreadsheets.
13 – Provide support to risk management providers.
14 – Receive and send emails;
15 – Lock and unlock electronic seals.
Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
