**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Management and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for building and maintaining the **retail** portfolio, developing and implementing client relationship strategies, including management of product and service portfolios, supporting business teams and related processes, with a focus on PJ (legal entity) clients through marketing of existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial consulting tailored to the cooperative member’s needs and the cooperative’s performance goals—aiming to enhance profitability and expand the portfolio, while promoting service quality, efficiency, and standardization; achieving established targets; and offering product and service solutions aligned with client expectations and loyalty within the candidate’s area of responsibility. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in fields related to the role and the cooperative’s business. * CProR or CproI \- Active * Preferred experience managing medium- and large-scale legal entity portfolios at banks and/or cooperatives. * Experience prospecting new clients/members. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Expertise in negotiating financial products and services (funding and credit, bank collections, etc.). * In-depth knowledge of credit cooperative legislation, and proven experience in credit granting and financial analysis. * Proficiency in customer service techniques, sales techniques, and financial markets. * Proficiency in credit policies and financial mathematics. * Familiarity with regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, and ANBIMA. * Willingness to conduct in-person client visits. **Benefits:** At Sicoob Divicred, we believe that valued people build extraordinary results.
