Leadership responsibilities, planning and operational control, along with communication and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities** * **Planning**: Define goals and strategies for the team or department, aligning them with the organization's overall objectives. * **Organization**: Structure the team, delegate tasks, and allocate resources appropriately to achieve established objectives. * **Leadership**: Motivate, guide, and supervise team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * **Control**: Monitor team performance, evaluate results, and implement corrective actions when necessary. * Minimum 2 years of experience managing a shopping mall store. * We follow a 6x1 work schedule, with alternating Sundays off (2x1), and a weekly working hour total of 44 hours. * Afternoon shift: 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
