Ensure quality standards in customer service and products Main Responsibilities * Manage the gelateria’s daily operations * Lead, train, and develop the customer service and production teams * Monitor sales targets and performance indicators * Ensure quality standards in customer service and product presentation * Manage inventory, supply orders, and stocktaking * Supervise good handling and hygiene practices * Resolve conflicts and ensure a positive customer experience * Monitor cash flow and perform daily cash reconciliation Requirements * Prior experience as a store manager, team leader, or supervisor (preferably in the food industry) * People management skills * Organizational ability and strategic vision * Basic knowledge of inventory control * Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and during night shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Preferred Qualifications * Experience in gelaterias, cafés, or bakeries * Courses in management or food-related fields * Proactive, results-oriented profile Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
