We are seeking a results-oriented candidate for the position of **Commercial Assistant**, working at a leading clinic in the health/aesthetics sector. The person assuming this role will be responsible for welcoming patients, presenting treatment differentiators, conducting negotiations to close service plans, and ensuring an excellent experience throughout the entire patient journey. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide consultative commercial service. * Present treatments and clinic differentiators. * Conduct negotiations and assist in closing service plans. * Perform commercial follow-up. * Ensure humanized service focused on each patient's individual needs. * Support continuous experience and relationship management. **Requirements:** * **Mandatory:** Solid experience in the commercial field. * Bachelor's degree (preferred). * **Advantage:** Prior experience in the health/aesthetics sector. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with professional demeanor. * Persuasive profile with empathy and interpersonal relationship skills. * Organizational skills and results orientation. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Compensation:** Fixed monthly salary of R$ 3,000.00 + commission based on targets. * Meal allowance (R$ 400.00/month). * Transportation allowance. * Life insurance. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
