At our core, we foster a diverse and inclusive environment where passionate people, driven by the purpose of improving quality of life and contributing to a healthier future, grow together daily, demonstrate ownership mindset, and strive for excellence. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** Operate all utility processes of the plant; Collect samples and perform laboratory analyses of process fluids; Monitor water and fuel consumption; Update environmental indicator data and initiate corrective actions, if necessary; Execute preventive maintenance plans and perform minor equipment repairs; Identify process improvement opportunities; Organize and update department-related documents and NR-13 documentation; **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** Completed high school education; Availability to work on a 6x2 rotating schedule during Shift 2 (2:00 PM to 10:20 PM); Preferred: Completed technical education and Boiler Operation certification (NR-13 certified); Knowledge of utility processes (Refrigeration, Water Treatment Plant – ETA, Wastewater Treatment Plant – ETE, Compressed Air); Knowledge of NR-13 regulation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
