Visual merchandising management aligned with brand identity **Position Summary:** The Store Supervisor is responsible for ensuring operational and commercial excellence across stores under their supervision. In the country fashion segment, this professional serves as the bridge between corporate strategy and end-customer service, upholding rural culture, product quality, and sales team motivation. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Sales and Target Management:** Monitor daily performance indicators (KPIs), such as average transaction value, conversion rate, and overall targets; develop action plans to achieve monthly goals. * **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates and assistants. Ensure the team masters technical product knowledge (fabric types, denim fits, durability, etc.). * **Visual Merchandising (VM):** Supervise window display standardization and product presentation, ensuring the country aesthetic aligns with brand identity and appeals to the regional audience. * **Inventory Control and Auditing:** Oversee merchandise receipt, conduct periodic stocktaking, and ensure proper restocking of fast-moving items. * **Customer Service:** Intervene in complex post-sales cases and ensure service standards remain courteous and consultative, respecting the unique characteristics of the agricultural clientele. * **Administrative Management:** Monitor cash closing, work schedules, adherence to working hours, and coordinate with HR on disciplinary actions or hiring processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Experience:** Proven track record in retail supervision or management (preferably in apparel). * **Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with the sertanejo/country universe and fashion trends targeting agribusiness is a plus. * **Skills:** Proactive profile, excellent communication, analytical data capability, and inspirational leadership. * **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Fashion, or related fields. **Working Conditions:** * **Work Location:** Ribeirão Preto and surrounding cities. * **Mobility:** **Full availability for frequent travel** to monitor stores within the region. * **Schedule:** Flexible hours, including participation in events or weekends, as required by the commercial calendar.
