As a PCP Supervisor, you will be a key player in ensuring that production occurs on time, efficiently, and with quality. * Plan, schedule, and monitor production to ensure timely delivery. * Actively use ERP systems to record, analyze, and track production and inventory data. * Manage PCP performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions. * Interface with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align demand requirements. * Supervise inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring appropriate material stock levels. * Lead and develop the PCP team, fostering a collaborative environment. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience as a PCP Supervisor or in a similar role within an industrial setting. * Proficiency in Production Planning and Control (PCP) and inventory management. * Hands-on experience with ERP systems (data entry, queries, and analysis). * Knowledge of people management, leadership, and conflict resolution. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (for controls, reports, and analyses). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in high-volume industrial environments with multiple production lines. * Experience in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Kaizen). * Experience conducting cyclic inventories and implementing/optimizing warehouse operations.
