We believe that when people from diverse cultures, genders, and perspectives come together, everyone benefits. **Your Day-to-Day at Medtronic** * Support the engineering team in factory process improvement initiatives, applying Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts. * Support the team in managing production systems (Microsiga), including data entry, registration of new items, updates and corrections to material structures and product routings. * Collaborate with process engineers and the engineering team on time studies, methods analysis, and production line balancing. * Support the engineering team in generating and interpreting performance indicators through charts, presentations, and dashboards. * Assist in metrology/calibration activities by reviewing calibration reports and updating data to determine final disposition (approved or rejected). * Support the engineering team in issuing and reviewing Standard Work, Work Instructions, and Procedures. * Support the maintenance team with preventive maintenance requests and infrastructure-related activities. Support the team in developing and executing jigs and test devices. * **Requirements:** * Basic English proficiency is desirable, especially reading comprehension. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is desirable.
