Job Summary: You will be responsible for ensuring that coffee machines and snack vending machines are always fully stocked, clean, and functioning properly, thereby delivering a positive experience to customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our coffee and snack vending machines are always fully stocked, clean, and operating properly—delivering a great experience to hundreds of customers every day. We focus on quality, trust, and long-term relationships. * Restock products in coffee and convenience (snack) vending machines. * Check product expiration dates, organization, and presentation. * Perform basic cleaning and machine inspections. * Record consumption data and restocking requirements. * Safely drive the company vehicle to service locations. * Maintain positive relationships with customers at serviced locations. * Adhere to assigned routes and schedules: Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in external or operational routines is a plus but not required. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and safe driving ability. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. * Organization, responsibility, and honesty in daily activities. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal relationship abilities. * Emotional stability and proactivity to resolve unexpected issues along the route. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience as a stocker, delivery person, or in other external roles. * Field-based customer service experience. * Basic knowledge of city routes and neighborhoods.
