




We are seeking a **Senior Compliance Analyst** to work strategically and independently in the Compliance area, supporting XP’s advisors and Compliance team, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (CVM, ANBIMA, and XP Investimentos guidelines), mitigating operational, regulatory, and reputational risks, and supporting leadership in decision-making and strengthening the company’s compliance culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the technical reference in Compliance, providing qualified support to the commercial team on requests submitted by XP Investimentos; * Analyze and respond—technically and strategically—to regulatory, operational, and commercial inquiries, including drafting and validating official communications; * Conduct more complex risk analyses, assessing regulatory, operational, and reputational impacts, with structured reporting to leadership; * Manage the Be Compliance platform end-to-end, ensuring data and evidence quality, timeliness, and traceability; * Coordinate and support internal and external audits, acting as the primary contact for auditors, regulators, and partners; * Lead the review, updating, implementation, and governance of internal policies, ensuring compliance with CVM and ANBIMA regulations and XP’s guidelines, aligned with regulatory timelines; * Monitor recurring and ad hoc regulatory obligations, proposing corrective and preventive action plans; * Draft, review, and validate management, commercial, and regulatory impact reports, incorporating critical risk and indicator analysis; * Support leadership in strategic decision-making by providing technical compliance opinions and recommendations; * Promote the compliance culture by advising internal departments and contributing to training programs and institutional communications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, or Risk Management, preferably within the financial market or regulated institutions; * Demonstrated knowledge of CVM and ANBIMA regulations and applicable XP Investimentos guidelines; * Experience conducting internal and external audits and engaging with regulatory bodies; * Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing policies, procedures, and regulatory reports; * Ability to operate with high autonomy, critical thinking, and technical accountability; * Proficiency in control tools, document management systems, and performance indicators (experience with Be Compliance or similar platforms is desirable).
