Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the technical quality and reliability of Nestlé's digital platforms, ensuring back-end and CMS solutions, and collaborating on continuous improvement and monitoring. Collaborate with teams and support KPI monitoring and continuous improvement. **Position Summary** **Location:** Nestlé Business Services – NBS Ribeirão Preto **Area/Stream:** Websites Services **Reporting To:** Website Supervision **Shift:** 08:00–18:00 **Work Mode:** Remote **Is there a mapped candidate?** No **Position Purpose:** Responsible for supporting the technical quality and reliability of Nestlé's digital platforms, ensuring that back-end and CMS solutions meet functional, architectural, and branding requirements. This role contributes to the analysis, implementation, and sustainment of technical solutions, working under established guidelines and with expert support when needed. It also supports continuous improvement, KPI monitoring, and execution of processes related to the website environment. **A Day in the Life of…** * Develop, maintain, and enhance Nestlé brand websites. * Identify back-end-related issues and propose solutions. * Uphold best practices for back-end development and code organization. * Perform ad hoc development, code reviews, and improvements alongside the team. * Integrate existing and new front-end systems. * Ensure delivery of modular, clean, structured code compatible with multiple devices and browsers. * Add or edit HTML content in CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and on-time publishing. * Collaborate with and support the Content Management team. * Document area processes jointly with subject-matter experts. * Support KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced English – mandatory * Experience in development activities on CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, Magento) * Solid knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with frameworks such as Symfony. * Knowledge of development practices (clean code, architectural patterns). * Experience in webmastering and content optimization; familiarity with Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio). * Knowledge of SEO and analytical tools. * Ability to work with demand and workflow tools following established processes. * Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management practices. * Collaborative mindset, analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Proactivity, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
