So… if you seek purpose, Pafil seeks you. \#Building Stories and Cultivating Talent. **Responsibilities** * Develop, calculate, and analyze economic and financial KPIs for real estate projects, generating insights to support decision-making. * Validate the classification of financial transactions (Cost Centers and Financial Classes) within the ERP system. * Prepare and present monthly executive reports and materials for internal and external stakeholders (executive management, partners, investors, and partners). * Develop and monitor cash flow for real estate projects, interfacing with other business areas to analyze variances and support replanning. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields. * Experience delivering executive presentations to senior management, partners, or investors (preferred). * Experience in budget monitoring (preferred). * Knowledge of Financial Mathematics (desirable).
