




Job Summary: Responsible for supporting HR operations, assisting with administrative and recruitment activities to ensure process efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting with administrative and recruitment activities to ensure efficient execution of the company’s human resources processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with resume screening; schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. * Monthly payroll spreadsheets and controls; purchase order initiation; submission of invoices for payment; filing and organization of employee personnel files. * Assist in communicating training and development programs; track and record monthly training activities. * Collaborate on maintaining employee benefits records; assist in communicating benefits policies. * Participate in special projects related to the Human Resources area, as assigned. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields.
