Job Summary: The HR Analyst will be responsible for employee onboarding and training, monitoring HR performance indicators, and providing operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Operational support to leaders and employees **Salary:** R$ 4.080,00 (Fixed salary + 20% function accumulation bonus) **Benefits:** Transportation allowance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Location:** Ribeirão Preto/SP **Prerequisites:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields; * Experience in the HR field. **Job Description:** The Analyst will be responsible for onboarding new employees, delivering internal training programs, monitoring HR department performance indicators, and providing operational support to leaders and employees. Additionally, they will manage ASO deadlines, vacation control, PPEs, and probationary periods.
