Agricultural technical education preferred. * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency with applications required. * **Driver's License:** Category B — mandatory. * **Willingness to travel — mandatory.** **EMPLOYMENT MODEL** * On-site. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Experience in silviculture required. **️ WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Responsible for executing, monitoring, and controlling silvicultural field activities, working full-time in operational areas. Manages input control, ensures compliance with technical, operational, environmental, and safety standards, and directly participates in forest fire prevention and suppression activities. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform daily quality control and enter all operations into the survey application according to the sampling defined in the quality procedure (Herbicide Application, Soil Preparation, Planting, Irrigation, Manual Weeding, Mechanical Weeding, Pre-Emergent, Base Fertilization, Mechanical Fertilization, Chemical Pest Control, Limestone Application, Compost Application); * Conduct inspections and checklists in service providers’ living areas, as well as on machines and equipment used in routine operations; * Perform quality control in all plots where Manual Weeding, Mechanical Weeding, Pre-Emergent, and Post-Emergent activities, Base Fertilization, Mechanical Fertilization, Chemical Pest Control, Limestone Application, and Compost Application were carried out; * Collect input samples (e.g., limestone) in the field and send them to the CSC/R&D department; * Conduct inspections based on checklists in service providers’ living areas, vehicles, and machinery; * Complete vehicle and diesel machinery smoke checklists and submit them to Environmental, Safety, and Operational Procedures departments. **BENEFITS:** **Physical Well-being**: Medical and dental assistance, prosthetics and orthotics, pharmacy benefits, Mom’s Space, Pregnancy Program, shuttle service, workplace gymnastics, Gympass, cafeteria, flu vaccination. **Financial Well-being**: Emergency salary advance, salary supplement, childcare allowance, allowance for children with intellectual disabilities, private pension plan, payroll-deductible loan, life insurance, funeral assistance, meal voucher/food allowance. **Mental Well-being:** Sylvamo Support Program, Future Readiness — Your Best Future. **Sense of Belonging**: Christmas gift for children up to 12 years old, Christmas basket, service anniversary recognition, school kit, newborn kit, Special Recognition Program. **Interpersonal Well-being:** Extended maternity and paternity leave. **We value diversity.
