Inventory management and maintenance of workplace hygiene Main Responsibilities: * **Ingredient Preparation:** Perform hygiene and pre\-preparation of all ingredients required for production. * **Dough and Filling Production:** Prepare doughs for baked and fried savory snacks, as well as various fillings. * **Snack Assembly:** Assemble savory snacks according to the company's recipes and established procedures. * **Finishing:** Complete snack preparation for consumption, either by baking in the oven or frying. * **Inventory Control:** Manage inventory of ingredients and finished products, ensuring proper storage, quality control, and expiration date tracking. * **Hygiene and Organization:** Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace and kitchen, adhering to food safety standards. * **Packaging and Storage:** Handle proper packaging and storage of produced savory snacks.
